This historical building is situated in 200 meters from Golden Gates, next to National Opera Theatre. Nearest Metro station is "Zoloti Vorota" (Golden Gates). The area nearby is considered to be elite business district of Kiev. Just two steps - German, Austrian and Czech Republic Embassies. In front of the building - Klichko brosers residence. A lot of restaurans, night clubs and bootiques are just downstairs.
