(About Bessarabska Sq. Apartment) This apartment was by far the best accommodation I have experienced in Kiev. Being familiar with the downtown area, I knew it was a great location. But many other things about it delighted us. For one thing, it is very quiet inspite of overcrowded street downstairs. This is because the apartment is located on the interior of the buildings with all windows facing courtyards. It is safe: access to the apartment is gained from a security gate on the street right in front of Bessarabsky Market and TGI Friday's restaurant.
